ABOUT THE CLASSES
These classes will be programmed and supervised by our Calisthenics coach, Cairo.
We cater to all levels of fitness, from complete beginners to advanced, all of the exercises can be modified
to suit every individual.
MUSCLE UP RINGS
This class focuses on building strength and learning the fundamentals of a strict ring muscle up (gymnastics style) followed by a dip, all in one smooth motion.
FRONT & BACK LEVER RINGS
This class will work on building the strength, stability & skill required to perform a front and back lever. A front lever is being able to hold the body parallel to the ground face up with straight arms. A back lever is being able to hold the body parallel to the ground face down with straight arms.
FLAGS & CORE CONDITIONING
Flag is the most impressive looking move in calisthenics. This class will build the strength required to hold the body parallel to the ground supported by a horizontal or parallel bar.
CALISTHENIC BAR WORK
This class works on improving upperbody push and pull strength to ultimately achieve bar muscle ups, bar pull arounds (starting from the ground and ending at the top of the bar from a rotation) and other various bar pull movements.
RINGS & CALISTHENIC CONDITIONING
Utilising the rings to not only build strength but to also open up the shoulders, chest and arms to improve strength, mobility, flexibility and conditioning.
