MY BACKGROUND:
I grew up playing rugby playing at state & semi-professional level. After my rugby career I switched to Athletics as a 100m Sprinter (PB: 10.88). I finished my Exercise & Sports Science degree in 2014, and currently studying Masters of Strength & Conditioning. Having tertiary knowledge as well as being an athlete has it's advantages when training other athletes. The knowledge and experience I have gained over the years has ignited my passion to work with other athletes and to be involved in the field of strength and conditioning.


SINTA WARDANA

EXPERTISE:
Exercise prescription for the prevention and management of chronic disease and injury, Strength Training, Interval Training, Fat Loss. 

MY BACKGROUND:
I've been competing in athletics since I was 10 years old and specialise in Long Jump (PB: 6.20m) and Triple Jump (PB: 12.01m), winning a number of state and national titles throughout my athletics career. My love for sport & exercise lead me to pursue a career in the health & fitness industry. I completed my degree in Exercise & Sports Science and Post Grad in Exercise Physiology in 2013. My favourite styles of training are strength training, plyometrics and high intensity interval training.

MY BACKGROUND: 
I grew up in a very active environment playing Rugby League, Rugby Union and Touch Football from a very young age. I had rep honours in all sports from a junior level right through to now. Currently still playing 1st Grade Rugby League and been involved in Rep sides. From all the years I spent training, I have finally found a niche Calisthenic Bar Work, Gymnastic Ring Fundamentals and overall body weight control. I enjoy training all kinds of athletes from all different sporting backgrounds.

MY BACKGROUND: 
From a young age I have competed in a range of sports at a high level, rugby being my ultimate passion. My love for all things sport and exercise has driven me to a career in helping others become fit and to achieve, or develop on their sporting goals in order for them to become the best possible version of themselves. Any client goal is important to me, whether it be weight loss, muscle gain or development of sport specific skills. I strive to work my hardest to push all of my clients to achieve anything they set out for and become a successful athlete.

I grew up in a sporting dense environment which I’m very thankful for. Being associated with competitive sporting teams and other athletes helped me develop tools I use for myself and also help equip others with like discipline, motivation, mental toughness, determination and many more. Having this background and having a genuine want to help people be the best version of themselves is the main reason I became a Personal trainer. I believe that through health and fitness (regular training routine & good diet) everyone can develop tools to assist in living a higher quality life!
