Before coming to Culture, I had tried multiple gyms with little success as I could ever find the motivation to keep going and never really knew what exercise I should be doing to get a good workout. At Culture though it's a different story, the trainers guide you through the exercises and help you with your technique which is a massive help. It's also true what everyone says, it does feel like one big Culture family and the people I train with give me the motivation to keep pushing myself and keep returning to the gym. They make working out into a social event and I love that. I'm so happy that I've finally found a gym that makes me want to keep going, one that fits me. Never turning back from this place.

My first week I always remember very well, having done training in the past I thought this should be easy enough but boy was I wrong this sh#t is on another level.

The first challenge I did was an 8 week challenge I didn't know what to expect, I actually learnt quite a lot about my self during this challenge. 2nd 8 week challenge we had the nutrition seminar after all the testings and that's where I realised the food I was eating was killing me inside. 

Its pretty safe to say everyone at culture is awesome I've never known a group of people from so many different backgrounds to be so friendly. No one is judgemental, every one helps and motivates each other. Its an atmosphere you cant get anywhere else and is one of the main reasons I came back for a second week haha.

I've learnt an awful lot about technique, form, lifestyle choices and the consequences (years of poor choice will take years to come off)and also the benefits of positive choices. I will often ask Cole questions no matter how silly you think they are if you don't know just ask they will always give you a straight answer and never judge you.

The trainers are awesome always pushing you to do your best. Which ever trainer takes the class you can guarantee its going to be a tough session but a fun one at that.

Since starting here I've lost at least 12kg its only been 7 months I've steadily lost weight, lost body fat, gained muscle mass and I haven't felt this good in 9 years. I credit all of this to Cole and Sinta and also the crew for pushing me on, encouraging and motivating me"d be easy enough but boy was I wrong this sh#t is on another level.

I've been at culture for over a year now and it has totally changed my life going from 85 kgs to 68kgs. Going hard at Culture will show positive results, thank you so much Cole and Sinta. If you want results turn up to training, go hard and eat well.

Since November 2014 I have been training with Cole on a weekly basis. In addition to being very knowledgeable in his field Cole quickly understood my goals and has continually provided advice and varied programs. He uses a holistic approach incorporating flexibility, strength, posture, balance, endurance along with promoting a healthy eating regime. He constantly motivates me and ensures I am doing the moves correctly and reinforces how it will benefit me. The results have been significant, I am leaner and fitter & stronger than ever before.

"I started training at Culture in July 2014 six weeks after having a baby and ready to get rid of all the baby weight. I was mentally ready to smash my goals but I'm not to sure if my body was ready.  The very first class I went to was a Circuit and by far it was the hardest class I had ever done, that was'nt going to stop me though as I was hooked.  I joined my very first 8 week challenge at Culture and lost 11kgs and that gave me the confidence to keep going hard and achieving my goals.  I now have lost a total 25kgs at Culture but I'm still going strong to reach my next goal.  I just want to thank Cole, Sinta and the trainers down at Culture for all the hard workouts, challenges, motivation and especially believing in his clients."

Cole helped me prepare for my physical performance evaluation. Cole helped me set realistic and obtainable goals, gave specific exercises targeted to help me improve on my areas of weakness, increased my confidence in my own ability and the sessions were always fun. I improved considerably in a short time frame and am feeling confident and well prepared for my upcoming tests.

Cole has really helped me get back into shape from a physical and lifestyle aspect. His training and expertise has helped me with my weight loss journey and really transformed myself into a stronger , healthier , fitter me.
