I recently used the SAQ sessions in my off season as I personally seeked Cole out as I had heard only good things about his SAQ program. Cole's knowledge and rapport was second to none and you can tell it's not just work but a passion.  
The sessions were specific and precise to what I needed and I truly believe he set me up to have a great season and I look forward to continuing my training with the SAQ program when I return to Australia.

From a sporting performance perspective, Cole has helped me immensely with my strength, power , speed and agility, which has made such an impact when playing Lacrosse. His training sessions prepared me well for the Lacrosse National championships for Western Australia which gave me the opportunity to accept a college scholarship over in the U.S. 
Cole's professionalism and experience as an athlete himself is very helpful for upcoming young athletes.

Training with Cole in the pre-season really got me prepared for the season. My running game improved so much that I helped our Club make it through to the Grand Final. The best speed coach in the game!

The feeling after completing those conditioning drills at the end of the night was amazing! Each week our players noticed themselves improving. Cole was a great coach who pushed and empowered each of the Scorpion players.
Taking a different approach to pre-season netball training has been great for me personally, especially since returning from a knee reconstruction. I love how he took us all back to the basics, to ensure our techniquue was correct and pushed us in each training session. Definitely recommend Cole!

I've had personal trainers before, and they have pushed me... but Cole isn't like any other trainer. His training approach is something I have never experienced before.
He trains people with passion, his knowledge is his passion and you want to give it everything when training with him because of that. Since training with Cole I've taken a complete different approach to the way I train, and now understand why basics are so important and why technique makes or breaks you. No matter what type of "athlete" you are whether it's your everyday social sport player or the next national representative, Cole will get you to that next level.
