Culture Conditioning's classes have been uniquely designed and programmed by our Head Trainers who are University Qualified Exercise & Sports Scientists and specialise in Strength & Conditioning. Our classes are specifically designed to improve muscular strength & endurance, speed, power, fitness, mobility and body composition.

ABOUT THE CLASSES:
Duration: 60mins
Strength: Squats & Bench Press
Conditioning: 10-15min metabolic conditioning workout utilising equipment such as the Airmill and Rower. This workout will get your heart pumping and lungs burning!

Strength: Deadlifts & Pull Ups
Conditioning: Iron Throwdown, a high intensity workout consisting of functional exercises using any iron you can muster in the gym, from kettlebells, to dumbbells, barbells and pull up bars. This workout will push your mind & body to a place that it has never been before!
Duration: 60mins
Conditioning: High Intensity Interval Training Circuit, a class incorporating a number of functional exercise stations where you will blast out as many reps as possible for a given time with a short rest interval in between stations. Work:Rest intervals will vary with each session. This class will keep your heart rate elevated, creating a massive metabolic shift burning energy not only during but also hours afterwards!

Strength: Front Squats & Overhead Press
Conditioning: Body Primal, a high intensity workout consisting of exercises using your own bodyweight. You can expect anything from Squats, Push Ups, Bear Crawls, Jump Squats to BURPEES! This workout will target every single muscle in your body and will turn you into a fat burning machine! Every second week, we incorporate boxing into this workout!

Our Strongman/woman class will challenge your strength, endurance and willpower. Using a range of heavy equipment, be prepared to push, pull, drag, carry or throw. Think... tyre flips, sled drags, log pressing, farmer's walk, object carrying and prowler pushing!

Weekend warrior is the perfect way to kick-start your weekend. This class means anything goes and really has no description. All we can say is bring your A game as you will be physically and mentally tested! When we say anything goes, we really mean it. Imagine.... Carrying a barbell over your head for over 1km or bear crawling non-stop for 20min! We hope you're up for the challenge!

Olympic Weight Lifting is becoming increasingly popular. Not only are these lifts great for athletes, but they are also beneficial for everyday people. The fundamentals of Olympic Lifts will improve power, strength, posture, body awareness, mobility, flexibility and overall functionality. This class will break-down the phases of each lift (e.g. Clean, Snatch, Split Jerk) in order to focus on correct technique and execution.
