MY BACKGROUND:
I grew up playing rugby at a state & semi-professional level. After my rugby career I switched to Athletics as a 100m Sprinter (PB: 10.88). I finished my Exercise & Sports Science degree in 2014, and currently studying Masters of Strength & Conditioning. Having tertiary knowledge as well as firsthand experience as an athlete has its advantages when training other athletes. The knowledge and experience I have gained over the years has ignited my passion to work with other athletes and to be involved in the field of strength and conditioning.

Exercise prescription for the prevention and management of chronic disease and injury, Strength Training, Interval Training, Fat Loss. 

MY BACKGROUND:
I've been competing in athletics since I was 10 years old and specialise in Long Jump (PB: 6.20m) and Triple Jump (PB: 12.01m), winning a number of state and national titles throughout my athletics career. My love for sport & exercise lead me to pursue a career in the health & fitness industry. I completed my degree in Exercise & Sports Science and Post Grad in Exercise Physiology in 2013. My favourite styles of training are strength training, plyometrics and high intensity interval training.
